Had to wait a month to get my car fixed. For 2 and half weeks they told me they had on repair man to fix engine of my car. Took my car in January 2 and got back February 2. Thinking maybe they should increase what they are paying there help to get more mechanics. All the help was very pleasant. Ron did a great job with answering all my questions. This was the second time I took the car in for the same thing. They had my car before several days to fix my A/C that wasn’t working. The car only has 10,000 miles on it. I ordered this car and it took several months to come in very disappointed. I am 80 year old lady who likes driving a Cadillac and have always driven a GM car.Hope my car is fixed right now or otherwise guess I will be driving in to Crestview with LEMONS hanging from my car. And drive around Rochester and metro Detroit with LEMONS on car. Guess this would make a great news stories for TV. More

Initially your tech said I needed a software upgrade at $400 approx. Then after paying for that the problem was still not fixed. Then you recommended a new HMI module at a total cost of $1700. I have spent $400 approx. Then after paying for that the problem was still not fixed. Then you recommended a new HMI module at a total cost of $1700. I have spent all this money and still the HMI powers out intermittently. The module you put in must be faulty. I have texted and called within the first week and then multiple times later to get this issue resolved. But no one is responding. This is ridiculous, took my money but did not fix the issue. More
