There were having technical difficulties with the paperwork and instead of aborting the electronic system which they could not get to work, they continued to try for two and a half hours, wasting a l paperwork and instead of aborting the electronic system which they could not get to work, they continued to try for two and a half hours, wasting a lot of my and Kara’s time. If the process doesn’t work in a specific amount of time they need to switch back to paper (which is what they had to do eventually.
