The initial quote for a tire rotation was $20. At completion the invoice was $0. As an honest customer I asked if this was correct. They then changed it to $46. This was an absolute rip off of a dealership. Let me walk you through the events that happened. 1.) I walk into this dealership, for an oil change and because my car is making noises and driving Let me walk you through the events that happened. 1.) I walk into this dealership, for an oil change and because my car is making noises and driving like xxxx. I have my full bumper to bumper warranty still, so I assume they can fix any sounds that are happening. They talk me into an alignment. Fine, we take care of that too. 2.) Chris Young, only decent guy in this xxxx hole of a dealership. Took care of me last minute and got me a loaner. I’d rate things far worst if it wasn’t for him. 3.) I go to pick up my car, $300 between the oil change and alignment. They decided to add a “misc. shop fee of $20” — not discussed prior to just getting charged. So thank you for adding in an extra charge for no ungodly reason. 4.) I go to pick up my car, had to wait basically 30 minutes to get my car. Waste of time yet again. 5.) I ask them what’s wrong with it and what the noise is, they proceed to tell me absolutely nothing is wrong with it. 6.) I get into my car, after now waiting 30 minutes, paying an exorbitant cost, and it’s still yet again driving like absolute xxxxing xxxx. If not worst now, the steering wheel is shaking, it sounds like a xxxxing 1996 ford explorer not a 2020 CT4. Mind you the entire warranty is still on the car so I can’t understand why they won’t take a better look at the vehicle. Now I’ve spent $300 had a garbage xxx experience, nothing near the “Cadillac Experience” that you’re sold upfront. On top of all that my car still drives like absolute xxxx, with no xxxxing help from “Crestview Cadillac” More

I think that I can go on record and say that my service center is better than your service center! Yes, it may seem a little childish, but I simply love and adore the group of people that work there, not center is better than your service center!
