In response to my review yesterday, I would like to say that today was a much better day for me. Don't judge an entire company for a bad experience. I believe in second chances if warranted and must say that I have received service above and beyond expectations from James Saliva, the Service Director of Infiniti in Plano. For once I felt like my business was actually appreciated and that Mr. Saliva takes customer service seriously. I have gone from never buying another Infiniti to now knowing that I will purchase my next car from this dealership. Thanks so much for changing my mind! I look forward to doing business with this dealership in the near future.
