My son took his Honda Civic in for service. He needed a mirror replaced and we had received a notice of recall for the air bag. The service advisor tried to charge him $105 for the air bag recall. He sai mirror replaced and we had received a notice of recall for the air bag. The service advisor tried to charge him $105 for the air bag recall. He said it would take one hour and $105 was their hourly rate. My son argued with him and asked to talked to his manager. Finally he backed off the $105. When the work was completed the dealership listed 3 additional recommendations that they thought should be completed. One item was a brake fluid flush. The brakes had been replaced by another Honda dealership less than 5,000 miles before this. I couldn't believe they recommended this. The problem is the service advisor are working on commission and will recommend work that doesn't need to be completed so they can make additional money. Also while waiting for the car three employees were yelling at each other in the service area. Talk about unprofessional, but I'm not surprised at their actions. More
I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service since the day I bought my vehicle in Feb 2011. The staff is extremely pleasant and very knowledgable. Was out of town on a trip. Parts dept. Didn't have what the car needed so they got me a rental so I could continue my trip and when they found out that it would be a few hours before they could drop off th the car needed so they got me a rental so I could continue my trip and when they found out that it would be a few hours before they could drop off the rental so I could be on way. Whenever I go to Crest Honda for oil change it won’t take more than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. Even 10,000 miles maintenance they won’t take more than what estimated. We can enjoy popcorn dur more than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. Even 10,000 miles maintenance they won’t take more than what estimated. We can enjoy popcorn during the time. Kids can play in play room. We can use computer and browse internet. A place where car can be taken care well and we don't get bored while you are at Crest Honda. More
