Crest Honda does not properly diagnose the issue all they do is look at the car and guess. I’ve been to the service center 3 times for the same issue. Before my most recent visit, I took my car to another Honda Certified Mechanic. They had my car for a day and a half and were able to tell me exactly what’s wrong with my car. I took my car back to Creat Honda and they told me 1 of 3 thing could be wrong after 30-45 minutes. I don’t have the time or the money for guessing. The website sets the expectation that my car will be serviced correctly at the first visit. Creat Honda has failed after 3 attempts and all they are willing to do is not charge me for labor. I haven’t been charged for labor since the first repair, no labor charge is no longer enough. Additionally, the other mechanic informed me that there is a safety recall on my car. Creat Honda failed at that too. More

We are from Chicago and were travelling thru the Nashville area when our van broke down around 2:30PM. My family was in a city we are not familiar with, and our van would not run. This could have been a nightmare for the family. Instead, Crest Honda made an awful situation into a very tolerable one. My wife called Crest Honda in desperation. We had no idea what to do. Zac Harris was outstanding!! He calmed my wife down and provided the name and number of a towing company. He also told us that if we could get the van to the dealer before 5:00, he would have a technician try and fix it before the day was over. WOW!!! The van arrived at the dealer around 4:30 and Zac was able to get someone to evaluate the situation. They determined the repair would take a few hours, so it would have to be in the morning. Luckily, there was a hotel right across the street, so the family stayed there. In the morning, Crest Honda went right to work on the van. They determined the breakdown was caused by an error in the repair at the dealer in Chicago and that the transmission was shot. They found a way to get us back on the road to Chicago with a temporary fix so we could go home. WOW!! The double WOW happened after we arrived home. Zac called to make sure we arrived home safely. WOW!!! WOW!! If you want service that goes beyond expectations, you need to shop at Crest Honda. More

Wrong Diagnosis and Worse Customer Service Took my son's 2009 Honda Accord in due to it running poorly. Charged me $160 to diagnose as needing a full re-ring of the pistons for $3,726 plus tax Took my son's 2009 Honda Accord in due to it running poorly. Charged me $160 to diagnose as needing a full re-ring of the pistons for $3,726 plus tax. That diagnosis for a Honda with only about 130k miles made no sense so I took the car to another garage for a second opinion. Second garage diagnosed it as a cracked spark plug. Charged me $100 to replace all the spark plugs and car now runs great.. In summary, Crest would have charged my approx $4,000 to fix a $100 problem. I would not be writing this review and would probably still take car to Crest for service if Crest had responded to any of my complaints with merely an offer to refund the diaqnostic charge. Take your car there at your own risk. More
They were amazing, considering my situation I was on a long distance journey from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX and when I was entering Nashville, my Accord informed me that my collision mitigation I was on a long distance journey from Raleigh, NC to Dallas, TX and when I was entering Nashville, my Accord informed me that my collision mitigation braking system was experiencing a fault and as such my cruise control (adaptive and standard) would not function anymore (something that you don't want on a long highway trip). I asked Siri to find me a local Honda dealership and she came back with Crest and I am very happy she did. I called them and the service adviser I spoke to was very welcoming and told me to get the car there as fast as possible. When I arrived there 20-30 minutes later, I was greeted by Zac Harris. This man was the friendliest, knowledgeable, and most accommodating service rep I have dealt with. I explained my predicament and he assured me they would take a look at it shortly. Probably 90 minutes later, he told me I was good to go. The code that came up was apparently a temporary code and simply turning the vehicle off and on would have cleared it. He explained all that to me and when I expressed the fact I felt like an idiot for wasting his time, he assured me I did the right thing. With that, I got into my car (which for good measure they washed) and drove off. That interaction was enough to cause me to write this glowing review. However, the real cherry on top came about 2 hours later when Zac called me to check me and make sure everything was fine. I felt very valued. Sadly, I probably won't ever do business with them again but if I were a Nashville resident, they would be my dealer. More

I had an overhead dome light that needed a new bulb put in. I bought the bulbs at Napa Auto Parts, but was unsure on how to get the dome light cover off without breaking it. I asked if while they had it in there, they would put the new bulb in. They charged me $19.95, but were "kind" enough to take 10% off, ultimately charging me $17.95 to pop a bulb in. I understand charging me something, but that was just ridiculous. More
