He was extremely nice and courteous, I felt no pressure from him trying to make a "sale" and was informative and open to any question I had. Facility was clean and open space, free soda and food if you needed something to eat or drink. Relax atmosphere and everyone I came in contact understood my timeframe was limited and they did a wonderful job getting me, educated, and out on time. More
Bought a new Honda Odyssey from Jairmy yesterday. Had a great overall experience. The true price pricing was significantly better than the Costco Auto program price I received from another local dealer. great overall experience. Since the sales team is not commission based, you can actually walk around their lot and browse the vehicles without being constantly harassed. If you are like me and do not have time for all of the games played at other car dealerships, I highly recommend you try Crest Honda or their sister dealerships. If you are looking for a Honda - go see Jairmy. He is a good Christian man and will treat you well. More

My son took his Honda Civic in for service. He needed a mirror replaced and we had received a notice of recall for the air bag. The service advisor tried to charge him $105 for the air bag recall. He said it would take one hour and $105 was their hourly rate. My son argued with him and asked to talked to his manager. Finally he backed off the $105. When the work was completed the dealership listed 3 additional recommendations that they thought should be completed. One item was a brake fluid flush. The brakes had been replaced by another Honda dealership less than 5,000 miles before this. I couldn't believe they recommended this. The problem is the service advisor are working on commission and will recommend work that doesn't need to be completed so they can make additional money. Also while waiting for the car three employees were yelling at each other in the service area. Talk about unprofessional, but I'm not surprised at their actions. More

Friendliness - All of the employees and supervisory personnel we came in contact with were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. This aspect of our purchase experience was also very impressive. 4. Overall Experience - Could not ask for a better purchase experience. Absolutely a pleasure to do business with Crest Honda. 5. Price - Could not find a better price for a Honda Pilot EXL. Visited other Honda dealerships, searched extensively on-line (even on Google), and reviewed advertisements in newspapers and magazines.
