Crest Honda's "Official Singing Salesman"!!! I recently traded in my vehicle in Virginia and had a fair trade-in and good customer service. BUT after seeing Crest Hondas' "OFFICIAL SINGING SALESMAN" on facebook....I WISH I could have had that kind of UNIQUE car buying experience!! He is dedicated to not only selling you a car but learning about the customer and identifying all their needs both within the car and financially speaking...genuinely caring for the customer and not trying to pull a fast one. Providing quality services with respect and dedication and no pressure. And on top of that...like I said...its the experience...seen so many posts where Nate D. Allen sings song requests from the customer...gives away free hot wheel cars to kids and even does origami! No one would forget the "Official Singing Salesman" car buying "experience"!! I would def recommend Crest Honda and the Official Singing Salesman to anyone in the Nashville area looking to buy a car!!! More
Used car already cost us $1000 in repairs We purchased a 2006 Altima just 6-8 weeks ago from Crest. Today we dropped $1000 on a new radiator and sensor. If they tell you the car looks GREAT We purchased a 2006 Altima just 6-8 weeks ago from Crest. Today we dropped $1000 on a new radiator and sensor. If they tell you the car looks GREAT and provide you with a bunch if garbage on how well the car will run, I suggest you get a second opinion. I will never recommend or purchase a car from this company again. Extremely disappointed. More

They gave me a high price, and talked up the features, they made me wait while they talked to their boss. They did all the little tricks they could think of to make it seem like a better deal while not actually making it a better deal. I got pretty close to walking out pretty quickly. I just thought there had to be a better way to do it, and I refused to buy something from someone I didn't at least partially trust. But when I did start to leave, they brought a sales manager over to help try and close. And that's when it went from bad to worse. Not only was he trying to be slick - he was condescending as well - and that irritated me. His direct quote to me was: "Go home and do your due diligence". I chuckled - thanked him for his time. Somewhere during the conversation the associate told me I wouldn't find a lower price - and that even if I did, they would match it. Later on I came back to him with a lower offer and he said: "We wish you luck". You could just genuinely tell they were not interested in giving me a good deal in any form or fashion. In the process of doing my due diligence, Trickett honda cut off 2.5k from the price of the car. So... kinda glad he was snide to me. More

From our first conversation on the phone, to the signing of the paperwork, Nate was friendly, motivated, and genuinely concerned with providing me the highest quality product at the most competitive price. As a sales person myself, I appreciated the fact that Nate was never pushy and only focused on my needs as a client. Overall my experience with Nate and Crest Honda was very positive and I will confidently recommend them to all my friends and family. I called the dealership after the service department was closed so the operator sent me to sales. Nate did his best to help me fix my problem of my key not turning in the ignition. Nate pretty much sealed the deal within the first couple of minutes of working with him as his answers to my questions were honest with no bull and left the decision up to me with no pressure at all! He has to be your top salesman since I bought the car and "the official singing salesman" did not have to sing a note at all to make my mind up to purchase :) I have passed his contact info on to some colleagues that are in the market for a new car this past weekend. After going through so many dealerships and was completely unhappy the way many of them decided to treat me as a first time buyer. I had in mind a selection of cars I'd be interested in and the first stop was Gary Matthews Kia. They quickly wanted to run my credit and as soon as I said I don't have a co-signer he stated "You're not military nor have a co-signer, we can't do anything for you". Complete turn down. Wyatt Johnson Mazda had lost there mind quoting me $576 at 72/m on a $24K car which is easily over $41K. Wyatt Johnson Honda sold the specific car we were working on a deal with the next day without calling me about my approval, horrible customer service. Which brings me to Crest Honda with Nate Allen, who change my experience buying my first car around. I called Crest and they got me together with him as my salesman over the phone. We have never met and from the beginning her apologized for the uncomforting experience I have been going through everyday for a week, but assured me that he could make this a stress-free process. I checked their website for cars and found the one I really liked and he held the car for me. Nate followed up with me throughout the day and the days leading to me driving almost a hour there to make the deal. I didn't have to negotiate because the car was priced better then 3 websites stated its worth. It was loaded with features and accessories I really wanted for an great price. Once I got there, he had an amazing attitude, character and represented the dealership very well. His hospitality was far beyond any salesman I've dealt with. As My best friend, his wife, their baby and myself waited, he had made us Smores and even brought over some toys for the baby to have and to play with. I was even willing to record a video for him there stating how satisfied I was, for his online blogging. THIS IS HOW ALL SALESMAN AND DEARLSHIP'S BUSINESS SHOULD RUN... I RECOMMEND NATE ALLEN THE SINGING SALESMAN AT CREST HONDA TO ANYONE! More
