Showed up for a 10:00 am appt. today to have our Escalade ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ag ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ago and confirmed by Crest yesterday. Drove 40 minutes to get to their dealership. Even though they are the closet Cadillac dealer to my home I will never use or recommend them. They basically threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do. I will be using Sewell to complete the work they were supposed to do. More

The Service Dept. and it's employees have always provided me with prompt, quality service. They bend over backwards to insure that I'm satisfied with the sevice and have, without hesitation, accept provided me with prompt, quality service. The worst dealership ever!! Sold my wife a car and after they sold it to her they told her it had been wrecked!! Brakes and air conditioner have always made a terrible noise and they have never been able to they sold it to her they told her it had been wrecked!! Toni the greatest customer relations officer i have ever had the pleasure to deal with.I had my 2013 JX35 serviced at their dealership, the next day after i got home i noticed a small paint chip on my front had the pleasure to deal with.I had my 2013 JX35 serviced at their dealership, the next day after i got home i noticed a small paint chip on my front passenger door.I live about 350 miles from the Dallas area, so i called Crest Infiniti and was connected to Toni. She not only told me she will have it fixed she also had me speak to their service manager and in turn offered to get my car from where i live and take it tomPlano to fix it. I did not pay a cent and my loaner car the G37. Which by the way my wife loved,was great! Thank you! Plus, all along i didn'nt even buy my car from them. Superb and great Customer Service! Thank u Toni and Crest Infiniti. I was so impressed with their Service that i Bought a 2012 Cadillac Srx from Crest Cadillac! Upon my return, I bro Kudos to Crest Cadillac - Service Department. While on a recent vacation, I encountered issues with my 2007 DTS performance. Upon my return, I brought my car in for service and was promptly greeted by Clay Hervey, Express Service Consultant. He was polite, courteous and recorded all the issues I had with the car. His willingness to get the issues resolved in a timely manner has made me a 'COMPLETELY SATISFIED' customer! Thanks Clay for the effort you put forth...Great Job!! More

Recently, I brought my car in for service, and never have I been so COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the professionalism and attention and Russell Lilly! Recently, I brought my car in for service, and never have I been so COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the professionalism and attention given me, and in regards to my 2007 DTS. Bruce Rollins, my salesman, patiently listened to my concerns and his willingness to help resolve my issues, advised me to bring my car in at my earliest convenience. My service advisor, Russell Lilly was friendly, courteous and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of. Thanks Russell for the prompt attention given; and to let you know that I recognize the effort you put forth in making the difference in the appearance of my vehicle. The quality of work performed surpassed my expectations and made the imperfections invisible. I especially appreciated that my car was returned clean inside and out. Every thing looks great! ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally cus people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. I was at Crest for the 30,000 mile oil change/service of my 2007/SRX - while waiting, I strolled around to look at the latest model of the same car on the showroom floor. There it was - candy-apple red, loaded, etc. I fell in love! Bruce Rollins came around the corner, politely introduced himself and when I told him I was sure I wouldn't be able to purchase, he said, well, the least we can do is take a look at the numbers and see what we can do for you". In an hour or so, I had signed to lease and had my car the next day! I'm a very low-mileage driver, so, having leased before, it was a perfect fit for me - one I had never even considered at this time. The finance officer, at "paper signing" was the most relaxed, non-pushy, totally committed to my understanding of EVERY PART OF EVERYTHING I WAS SIGNING!!!!! The young man who walked me through "car school" to accustom me with all my new amenities, "Greg" could not have been more tolerant of this old 69 year-old's repeated questions and was just a fine young man, assuring me that all I need do at any time is call him and he'll walk me through whatever seems to be "blowing my mind"! I cannot rate this dealership high enough - it's the ultimate in "NOT FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF" as most of us feel when we leave after signing. They're up-front with their deals; no "hidden" agendas or costs, and that just HAS to be respected!!! Again, major kudos to all at Crest - they're the only game in town for me from this day forward!!
