He called he defined the problem, parts needed and cost. He asked if I agreed to do all he mentioned. I did. Tires and idler pulley replaced, and front brakes. When I got my car back, it sounded almost new. Since it is an older Saturn I am very, very pleased. Keep up the fantastic work! More
Not the place to buy your car. You had my car for three weeks for some cosmetic repairs,upon returning when it was finally ready I find it running with the door open. 1/2 tank gas w You had my car for three weeks for some cosmetic repairs,upon returning when it was finally ready I find it running with the door open. 1/2 tank gas was gone and they jumped on the loaner like it was lunch (people waiting for loaners) I was left standing there for 25 minutes only to discover my vehicle at the front running - no appointment I came when I could (so it had been running for hours I suppose) Randy called at noon and I told him I'd be there when I could, I think it had been running since then ( I arrived at close to 4 pm ). I ended up just leaving with it as anyone could have because it was running unattended and not one person ever attempted to help me. I never signed any paperwork,nothing acknowledging what had been done or if any repairs remained. I only had the vehicle 1 1/2 weeks before returning it for repairs, the 2Gigs of trial internet was completely used up,I share 2gigs of phone data a month with my wife, we've never come close to using it all. Both back seat warmers were on and footprints on the back mats (which I showed the salesman). I have no idea what transpired the three weeks you had my car but it appears it was used somehow for something but who knows (Crest didn't even know I took it). There were only a few miles put on it but, driving around in a dealership should have netted less than a mile therefore what happened? The repair that took the longest was a defect in the rear sun-visor/spoiler..It should have been replaced not repaired because the repair is terrible it looks repaired and has over spray under the lip, I paid your company 52K for a vehicle and have been treated like I paid 52.00. The service Manager was personally overseeing and later I involved the salesman who was to personally oversee the return. The car was dirty inside and out, the workmanship was poor and they scratched my drivers door molding replacing the film (I assume). This was at the least an epic failure on the part of Crest Cadillac and I've already received the obligatory excuses. I made it very clear to Andrew that I had issues with the Cadillac dealership that is within miles from my house. I deliberately drove 45 miles to Crest and was assured you had state of art equipment, quality control and dedicated workmanship. I bought in to the rhetoric and spent my money with Crest. I made a mistake. When I brought my dissatisfaction to Andrew Calvert he was only concerned that I not take my frustration with service out on his score when surveyed. Randy Nabors the service manager never came out to follow up, never called . I basically left with the impression that Crest is overcrowded, the shops are combined and have crossover issues. The service dept is overwhelmed and you get what you get. I would have appreciated knowing this before you took my money and sold me vehicle that could not be maintained by your company. I will not return to Crest, I will pass the word around to everyone that will listen- to steer clear of Crest at all costs. I am a hard person to please but I paid for that by purchasing a luxury vehicle, I should have purchased it from a luxury orientated dealership. Crest Cadillac is a disappointment and you only got the headlines here, the rest of the story is just to sad to tell. I assume you will treat this review with the same effort you treated my new car, that said "we are done" More

However, we ordered accessories and instillation at the time of the purchase 6 weeks later we after multiple trips back to the dealership and opportunities to get it right we had to pay some one else to complete the installations properly and have some accessories mailed directly to our home to be put on our self because the dealership simply couldn't get it right. CREST CADILLAC took all the fun out of what should be an exciting and fun time of purchasing a new vehicle. More

Real Deal Dealer. I went in to get a front side door lock cylinder that came off .replaced pollen filter.replaced engine filter.got a premium care maintenance.got a 21 I went in to get a front side door lock cylinder that came off .replaced pollen filter.replaced engine filter.got a premium care maintenance.got a 21 point vehicle inspection.checked all fluids and tire pressures.got oil changed.got tires rotated.and got a cabin air filter.all for free and in an 1 hour time .........wow is all I can say . 30 K inspection Made an appointment for the 30,000 mile check-up. Gene had a nice car for me to use while mine was being worked on. Car was finished the same day and I picked it up the next morning. Except for one little light on, Gene was able to remedy that immediately. Check-up is complete and I hope to get many more years of service from it. More

These people understand your pain and do everything possible to make it a pleasurable experience. Gene Reeves was great. He coordinated all the work and communications needed to facilitate all the work needed to repair and maintain my Escalade Hybrid. 2 warranty issues and preventative maintenance service and the courtesy loaner vehicle was all handled by Gene and his team. I just dropped off and picked up when all was finished. It can't get any easier from my point of view. More
