2nd time I have had an issue with the service department I went to Crest Cadillac in Plano because there was a TSB on my vehicle. After the car had been there for a day they called and said they heard the n I went to Crest Cadillac in Plano because there was a TSB on my vehicle. After the car had been there for a day they called and said they heard the noise described, but didn't feel it was loud enough to warrant being covered by the TSB. I contact Cadillac who opened up a case for me and was unable to get in touch with Crest so she helped me locate another dealership (Sewell) that repaired my vehicle under the TSB with no issue at all. I will never use Crest again nor will I buy a car from them again. This is the second time I've had an issue with their service department. Sewell is not close to me at all but I will make the drive for the excellent service. More

Got a new tire due to a bulge in sidewall. Live in Texas but was visiting in Iowa when I found a large bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Made it back to Crest to purchase a new tire. Went by several Cadillac dealers but know I can trust Crest and prayed I would make it back without a blow out. They helped me right a way as they always do. Always pleased! Friendly and professional! I have been using Crest since I bought my 2008 xxx in 2010 as a used car from another dealer. But my service and warranty coverage has all been done I have been using Crest since I bought my 2008 xxx in 2010 as a used car from another dealer. But my service and warranty coverage has all been done at Crest. Gene Reeves in service has been my service adviser the entire time and I'm very happy with that. He always makes sure I am 100% satisfied. He helps me with every issue I bring up and never pressures me into service that I know I don't need. I have been using car dealers for over 30 years and Crest is one of, if not the best dealership I have used. Not only will I recommend Crest but I will be sure they ask for Gene to help them!
