Terrible service Steer clear of this dealership. I leased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and returned it with less than 35,000 miles after 39 months. The front tires had been re Steer clear of this dealership. I leased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and returned it with less than 35,000 miles after 39 months. The front tires had been replaced, the back tires weren't. I'm being charged over $1,700 for excess wear because the tread didn't match. Now mind you I took the car in to get the alignment redone twice in the last year, and Crest told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment, so the tires wore unevenly. This is my 4th lease car (1st through GM) I've never had a charge at the end of the lease until this ridiculousness. The car had issues from the beginning. When I first bought the car it was shifting rough in 1st gear When I took it back a service dept representative told me to "let you husband take the care out and really drive it". There were numerous noises and breakdowns that were never fixed, always told there was nothing wrong with the car even though friends would get in the car and ask what that noise is...I reiterate, steer clear of this dealership. More
