Brought my car in on march 8th ‘24 for a oil change. The gentleman who greets in the bay when you pull in was right there and notified Reese of my arrival. After waiting five minutes for Reese to respond, the gentleman in the bay pointed out where I could find Reese in the building. When I went in Reese was standing at the cabinets just “shooting the breeze” with other service reps. When acknowledged and checked in Reese said my car would be ready in two hours. After two and a half hours plus I texted his number and called to check on the status of my car. (Shouldn’t he be keeping me informed?!). No response- left messages. At three hours of waiting went to his desk of which he was not there, but did see my car parked outside the bay - it was backed into a spot. The young lady at the next desk Monica Toombs asked if she may be of help and took over from there. As she was escorting me to the check out service, Reese came meandering through the bay and joined us. Monica continued to assist me. Then I get a text from Reese on Tuesday the 12th asking for a “hugeee favor” asking me to fill out a survey answering COMPLETELY SATISFIED because that is how he gets graded and paid. This pains me to do so. But we bought a pre owned vehicle from crest and the car is just fine. It is what we wanted. The issue started with the kind of bait and switch issue from the sales department to when you go in for financing. We ended up working that out after some pressure from the sales manager. We opted to get the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty so it would be like having a new car. After the sell it just went from Ok, to absolutely terrible. The sales team and the people who do the final fixes are overly aggressive with pushing us to give them a 5 star review. It is relentless, and the worst part is nobody communicates with each other on what needs to be done. Mike one of the co owners or managers met us and said if you ever need anything just call me direct and that has never helped at all. Our bumper to bumper included people coming to pick up the car and all the bells and whistles and it had been nothing but terrible on that. We finally after weeks again of zero follow up took our business back to Sewell. To get me to write a bad review takes a lot of really bad stuff to happen and I am not sure what we can do to get your attention. Can you please get it together for whomever you work with in the future. More

I took my car to get alignment . Steering wheel was to the left . I get car back now its to the right . When get u alignment it should be centered . I go back the next morning i told the service guy i need somebody to ride with me to show them my so we go on ride it and show him the wheel he says i cant tell from passenger side so he drove it and said yea the wheel crooked. We get back to the shop he talks to tech and he tells him its probably the tires (wrong because my tires are new) or the weather (wrong again no wind or rain jus hot as xxxx ) or the road (wrong again we are in frisco roads are good) . So they never tried to center it . Lazy mfs i hope that 150 i paid take them a long ways. . I took there because i thought it would be better than Firestone or ntb . Bye felicia . I called the day before and scheduled an oil change, When I got there was told it would take a couple of hrs. It took 3 hours from 11 to 2 pm. The solution is simple use another dealership I will. I purchased my vehicle February 23rd and on march 13th, 17th, and 25th I set service appointments to get an evaluation on my motor because I had to put over 4 quarts of oil in my vehicle every few days . I also had to schedule two additional appointments because they were acting belligerent to the issues regarding the vehicle. I asked for a reimbursement and to be released from my contract after finding out that the car was consuming oil really badly. I spoke with Robert Moler the person in charge of putting the new motor in my vehicle, and he gave me an date via text message stating he would have the vehicle completed 4/26-4/27 . Due to a separate matter Randy the loaner car manager and Jeremy Chapman senior executive in the service department decided they are going to prolong the repair process and not honor their word . After informing Jeremy Chapman that I am being inconvenienced daily because I was sold a lemon and lost my job 04/26/23 due to transportation. Jeremy Chapman showed no remorse nor empathy for what this company has has put me and my children through. on top of that I have had to record several phone calls via audio and video to catch Jeremy Chapman in his lie . 4/25/23 I left a voicemail informing Jeremy Chapman that this is the 4th time they’ve switched the return date of my vehicle I asked him not to reach out on behalf of the vehicle and that an attorney would be contacting him. Jeremy Chapman continued to call my phone and also to a personal legal source of mine being argumentative and very aggressive. Jeremy Chapman contacted me via phone making threats on 4/26/23, after receiving a voicemail from Robert moler at 1:15 pm stating my car would be ready in a few days, jeremy Chapman stated that he is the boss of Robert Moler, and that he determines when the motor goes back in my car. again these nasty remarks came from Jeremy Chapman an senior executive in the service department for crest infinity in Frisco tx. He also told me that if I attempted to retrieve an attorney that I would not win . I feel that I was discriminated against because I’m black and that I was manipulated because they seen a 25 year old single mother and knew I desperately needed a car and how hard I worked for it . Rebecca was my sales agent she didn’t show me any car facts per requested, told me my vehicle didn’t come with warranty, and that the vehicle was fully serviced which turned out to be a lie . I hope my experience helps someone make the right decision upon purchasing a vehicle not to make an desperate decision. The sales person played up on my intelligence and also while being manipulative to get a sale knowing that I caught an Uber with my three children to the dealership. I am 25 years old, and do not have any immediate family in the state of Texas. This has been a complete hindrance to me and my children. More

Crest has systematically screwed me for 2 years. After buying 3 cars, Crest has refused to honor the warranty they sold (same company) always siting technicalities . The final straw occurred when I took my car in for normal.maintenance and they informed me the rear differential ( $4000 repair) was broken. After two weeks Crest conspired to come up with a way neither them or warranty would have to pay. Here is the kicker, both Crest and the warranty company are owned by Bershire Hathaway. i had all service done at Crest and they simply refuse to cover a warranted part. They literally said "your car your responsibility". Don't buy here, go to Sewell, go to a buy here lot, at least you know what you are getting into. I am disgusted More
