We offered the wheels for sale, and you accepted them at our asking price. We clarified that the internal-only invoice was received by mistake and didn’t indicate the acquisition cost. We are proud of the quality of service and parts we provide for our community. If we offered to sell our parts for less than the acquisition cost, we wouldn’t be able to serve our customers and support our employees for very long. Although we appreciate the feedback, we don’t think our parts department deserved this 1-star review because you received an internal invoice by error. For various reasons, consumers like you have the choice of who to do business with and who not to do business with.
