Crater Lake Ford turned my attitude of regretting buying a Ford around. Unfortunately, the Ford dealership in my town of Grants Pass Oregon, Mock Ford, is a place I wouldn't suggest to my worst enemy. But a Ford around. Everyone was extremely warm and friendly when I arrived. Megan had won me over already over the phone, but was even more pleasant in person. She and Taylor were nice to have a little chat about dogs while I was waiting. Also, it was a pleasure to get to talk about Dobermans with Josh while I was finishing up with payment. Overall, I no longer dread having to take my Explorer in for service. It might be a 15 minute longer drive, but it's worth it! More

Truck became inoperable when I was out of town on vacation. Ford roadside assistance was excellent. Towed to crater lake ford for shift module replacement.
