Just kept me well informed, always ready and willing to help with whatever I needed as far as information and bringing to me, on my computer, new and used cars that he thought would interest me. Not an easy person, but he stuck with me. I finally decided on the Kia Forte, It was the perfect car for me!, felt it as soon as I sat down in the drivers seat. Was so nervous because it had been awhile since I have gone through this, had forgotten how stressful it could be, the waiting was the worst, but Nigel made me feel confident and secure with my decision.So when time came to the paperwork I dealt with Charles, he was amazing also, talked to me about any and everything I could possibly need to know and left an open door policy for me to come back any time for anything as long as own this car and hopefully the next!!
