Finance manager RICH MOORE was extremely rude about the problem and gave me a hassle about getting me a rental to get to work while they repaired my vehicle , I will not be a customer anymore with them . luckily my warranty was still in effect because they did the bare minimum with poor customer service included . First Time to Wait I had to wait over an hour. I have always taken my car back to dealership for oil change and have never had to wait. I had an appointment but service I had to wait over an hour.
