Crain Kia Service I have always been treated with courtesy here. They always give me a shuttle ride to nearby shopping while I wait for my oil changes. I have not had any problems with my Kia with exception of the AC hose that kept getting disconnected. That was permanently fixed on the second visit. On my last visit, it took 3 1/2 hours to do the routine oil change and tire rotation. Either that or someone forgot to call me when my vehicle was complete. Anyway, that was rare. I typically use a coupon when I visit because the routine service charge is over $70 now. That seems pretty high. More

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles back to back from you all.
