It took 15 minutes to drop off my vehicle for a pre-scheduled appointment. The work then took over 3 hours. I did have a few recalls in addition to the oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspec pre-scheduled appointment. The work then took over 3 hours. I did have a few recalls in addition to the oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspections, but this still seems excessive and is the norm for this dealership. I had trouble getting someone on the phone to check on te status of my service, and they no one called back when I left a message. More

We were in Arkansas on a Saturday early afternoon, traveling across country in our 2023 Sorento Hybrid, when our car went into the “limp” mode! We were towed 90 miles to the Craine Kia of Conway deal traveling across country in our 2023 Sorento Hybrid, when our car went into the “limp” mode! We were towed 90 miles to the Craine Kia of Conway dealership which closes on Saturday at 3pm. They were very busy, but got our car checked out and the part needed ordered by closing. A stone from the road put a hole in the radiator.draining all the fluids, a new radiator needed. The part came in as scheduled Tuesday, and was installed the same day it arrived, Jeramie kept us informed the days that we spent waiting for the part to arrive. We feel lucky, being 1000 miles from home, knowing no one! They took the time, late in their Saturday to get the process started to get us back on the road! Thank you again Jeramie and Jacob! More
