We sat for over an hour and recieved both no help as well as no information about what the possible problem was with our vehicle. We also were told that we would be charged a $150 "diagnostic fee." After wai as no information about what the possible problem was with our vehicle. We also were told that we would be charged a $150 "diagnostic fee." After waiting an hour and a half a sweet elderly woman in the waiting room informed us that she had been waiting since 7am that morning and it was already 3pm in the afternoon. We immediately asked for our keys back and a woman at the desk told us that if we left and "the car blew up" our warranty would no longer be good anymore (even though we didn't even have one to begin with.) The auto zone down the street helped us more in 10 minutes for free than the kia dealership did in about 2 hours after again trying to charge us $150 just to tell us what was wrong (which they never did.) All they said was, "wE cHeCkEd ThE oiL aND iT lOoKeD GoOd." We further learned that the oil did in fact NOT look good at all. Our tow truck driver gave us more insight about our car than this toilet of a dealership. If you don't want to waste your entire day here and try to be scammed out of $150 without receiving any help, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to an auto zone or a mechanics shop that will actually help you. You also won't have petty "Karen" salesman telling you that your car will blow up if you leave. Stay safe out there everyone, there are WAY better options than this dump. More

Service started right at the time that was scheduled. Very nice area to wait and checked on me often. Finished in the expected time, even with washing the car for free. Very nice area to wait and checked on me often. Finished in the expected time, even with washing the car for free. More

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership a year and a half ago, and since then, I have made it my go-to place for all my service needs. Even though I pass by several other Kia dealerships that are much c half ago, and since then, I have made it my go-to place for all my service needs. Even though I pass by several other Kia dealerships that are much closer to my home, which is about 30 minutes away, I continue to choose this particular location. However, my recent experiences have led me to reevaluate that choice, and there are several reasons behind my dissatisfaction. Firstly, I have been disappointed with the lack of discounts applied to my service. On multiple occasions, I have had to remind the cashier about my eligibility for a military discount. Although sometimes I do see a small deduction on the final price, during my last visit, I was informed that the discount was already included. When I asked for clarification, the cashier insisted it was reflected in my receipt, but I was unable to identify any adjustment. Moreover, I faced issues regarding services that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Upon discussing an ongoing problem with my vehicle prior to an incident—where a loose piece of rubber on the highway caused front-end damage—the shop personnel acknowledged that the repair was indeed under warranty. However, they expressed concerns about whether the previous accident might have influenced the malfunction. Despite our discussion about the timing of the problem, they ultimately refused to carry out the necessary repairs, leaving me to foot the bill. During this same visit, I raised another concern regarding a malfunction in the heating system. The shop personnel informed me that I needed to have the system flushed before they could proceed with any heating service. They took my vehicle for a drive and confirmed that the heat dissipated into cool air when idling. Although they added coolant, the problem persisted: at temperatures of 73-75 degrees, it felt cool; at 76-80 degrees, it was comfortable; but at 81 degrees, it became uncomfortably hot. This was especially frustrating, considering that when I initially purchased the car, 73 degrees was perfectly comfortable for heating. Additionally, I noticed that the vehicle exhibited some play in the steering, prompting me to request a front-end alignment. Since my vehicle was only a year and a half old, I expected this service to be covered. Yet again, I found myself paying out of pocket. Approximately a month later, while addressing another issue, a mechanic drove my vehicle and noticed that the steering was still not right. He contacted me to bring it up, stating that he was the one who performed the alignment. Ultimately, the conclusion drawn by the technicians was that a bowling bag in my trunk was affecting the steering—presumably because it was shifting around. These examples represent just a fraction of the issues I have encountered. It’s particularly disheartening, given my commitment to traveling out of my way to receive service at this dealership, only to be met with such unsatisfactory treatment. Based on these experiences, I have decided that I will not be returning. More
