30,000 mile check up I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile checkup. The service was very good. I was able to get a ride to my work and back to Crain Kia which was very nic I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile checkup. The service was very good. I was able to get a ride to my work and back to Crain Kia which was very nice. One thing bothered me however. While they vacuumed my car (driver's side), my car was not washed. When I bring the car in for a oil change (approximately 40+ dollars) I get it washed. When i paid over $600 for the check up. No wash. I was disappointed. Otherwise everything else was very good. Exhausting Test drove the car I had seen online and it was advertised as nothing wrong. The car fax checked out clean. When I went to test drive the car I tested everything and it worked great, especially the A/C. That day I bought it and went to pick it up the following day. When I drove off the lot the A/C was not working at all. I took it back to them and they kept it for 2 whole weeks (during that time they tried having me pay for a part) before they finally shipped it off to volkswagon(the make of the car). Once there it took them two days to get it back to me and the A/C worked for one day then went back out. So I had to take it back to them again and another week went by. Finally they said that there was a leak and that they fixed it. This time it finally worked. So after a month of owning this car I drove it for a total of 4 days. Now that I have had it out of the shop for a week there is already more problems occurring. These people tried selling me a car knowing that the A/C was leaking and just tried to put Freon in it to pass it off as “working.” You always hear car dealers are crooks and this really proves that.
