Craig Smith is a second-generation dealer. His father and uncle started in the new car business in 1963 in Dekalb Illinois. The family sold their store in Illinois in 1975 and moved to Florida where they operated a new car dealership until 1994. Market changes and a new overpass built in front of the Florida dealership dictated a change for The Smith Family. The dealership was sold, and Craig Smith found the Galion Ohio point to be just what he was looking for. Craig Smith Auto Group was opened in May of 1995 selling Chevrolet, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Buick. The dealership is now known as Craig Smith Chevrolet Buick. Its focus is employee and customer satisfaction.

Found exhaust minfold leak the next day that they hid from me by letting the truck warm up before showing it me. Asked them to fix it. They won't. Do not recommend going there, and I will spread the word from me by letting the truck warm up before showing it me. Asked them to fix it. They won't. My salesman I worked with Tony went above and beyond and he was the third guy who helped me. Originally I worked with John because my salesman was off that day but I had been talking with him alot before ha he was the third guy who helped me. Even on his day off he called in and checked to make sure I got my Free hat I jokingly asked about but he went ahead and still got it for me. Days later I went in just with a question and my salesman was with another person but Chris another salesman was happy to show me how to re hook my cell phone up. These guys are just great and it means alot. Tony even hid thank you notes in my car to find later on. It just was a nice touch. More

For years I bought from Weekly in Butler till I started talking to Tony at a Malabar. He told me about the re do on the Silverado. So after awhile I ended up stopping in and getting one months later.
