I bought my Forte from Cowboy Kia and they are the only dealership that has performed service including oil changes on my car. Donny Hicks has gone over and above to provide excellent service to me. I wish I could give less stars. After being told for a few months in a row “I would be called when I loaner was returned” I called the dealership again today to check again. The wom After being told for a few months in a row “I would be called when I loaner was returned” I called the dealership again today to check again. The woman on the phone was rude and condescending. Stated they don’t provide loaners (when 7 minutes of a recording and 3 previous calls where I was “placed on a waiting list” stated otherwise). I mentioned to her these things and she told me “if you can come here and find one you can have it but I’m telling you we don’t do it”. She then proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child and refused to listen to my scheduling availability and just kept telling me it doesn’t matter what day you come if you can’t get here before 2. I tried to explain to her that if a weekend appointment was not an option I needed to know her next available AFTER the only 2 days that she provided me. After seeing she was set on continuing with her attitude that implied she was doing me a favor by answering the phone , I disconnected the call, so as not to meet her with the same disrespectful attitude. Very nice and helpful service personnel. The only issue I had is it took 4 visits to the dealership to get the door and underpanel repaired under warranty.
