Jeremy tried but unfortunately his sales manager (name unknown) and their finance manager (name unknown). Their names are unknown because they made Jeremy look like a dummy because they never came out and unknown) and their finance manager (name unknown). I asked many times what the interest rate was for a person that had a credit rating of better 825? I had finally had enough and decided to leave. I went to the car and realized that they were charging 11% plus an additional $3500.00 for a KIA plan PLUS an additional 10000.00 over invoice even though the going rate is 7%. We were going to order a Telluride and wait 90 days. Went across the freeway and bought a Hyundai Palliside Limited from Weisner, Same vehicle (motor, transmission and powertrain) with at least 1 1/2 times all the bells and whistles and twice the warranty for a whole lot less money. Plus we are driving it now. I would not recommend anyone to buy a new vehicle from Cowboy KIa! More
