This dealership embodies all of the characteristics of a stereotypical deceptive car salesman. My salesman was very responsive while texting as I was out of state shopping for a car. While texting for a few days about a Sorento, I asked for "the selling price of the Sorento" and "any add-ons besides the tax, title and license". My salesman responded, "the price of the Sorento is on my website $36,410". After traveling to the dealership from out of state, when the sales paperwork was presented, there was a $2595.00 Cowboy Kia Protection Plan - I call this lying by omission. After telling him that I would not pay for that, he said he would have it removed. When he returned with the amended paperwork, the Protection Plan had been removed but the MSRP had gone up $2000.00 and he ran the numbers with a 4.25% APR while Kia offers a 1.9% APR on their website calculator. All he did was shift the numbers around so that the dealership would get the $2595.00 one way or another. I left without a car and will never go back. More

Yesterday was my second service for my 2014 Kia Sorrento with Cowboy Kia, and with this one I am very disappointed with your service. When I left your facility I started to hear a loud noise and a big vi with Cowboy Kia, and with this one I am very disappointed with your service. When I left your facility I started to hear a loud noise and a big vibration coming from the rear parts of my car. I thought that was something with the brakes, but not. I was driving on the highway and I have decided to come back to you and almost crash with another car trying to get the right lane. The vibration and noise was terrible. I stopped and I found the rear right tire had the nuts loosed. I could be killed if the tire gets out of my car and I get involve in a terrible accident. I am not happy with the service that I have received, at so point I was angry. You need to hire mechanics that perform excellent job. you cannot play with the lives of your costumers with this kind of mistake. More

Great Customer Service I stopped by service Monday 2/17/20. I didn't have an appointment and I was having a very weird issue. Without missing a beat Donnie and Gary jumped i I stopped by service Monday 2/17/20. I didn't have an appointment and I was having a very weird issue. Without missing a beat Donnie and Gary jumped into action to figure out what could be causing this issue. I didn't have time to drink the complimentary TINY bottle of water (they used to be regular size) before Gary was telling me that I was ready to go. I went back inside their lair and they explained the situation to me in terms that I could easily understand. They were both very professional and I truly appreciate the job they did for me. I have to wait for the part to arrive, but that's not a big deal. Premier customer service. Thanks More
