We had such a great experience with Chris the manager and his team. We initially purchased one vehicle. That 1st purchase went excellent, with a smooth transaction with Steven as our sales rep. They were really helpful and honored the price we were looking for. Then shortly after that 1st purchase, we had inquired about a 2nd vehicle. It was a little tougher for us to get a 2nd lease, but Chris and The GM made it happen. They helped us so much and put care helping us get another lease. Ceaser , in sales did a great job taking the time to deliver the car and following up after we left. We absolutely love the Equinox EV. What an SUV! We absolutely recommend Covina Hills Chevrolet. I didn't like that they imposed the service on me without even warning about it. Before showing the car, the seller said that he would bring the car in three minutes and disappeared for half an hour to wash even warning about it. In the end, I got my car back with a scratch on the mirror, and when I asked to show the original photos taken before my car was taken for inspection, I received the answer that this was not possible. When I drove onto the lot, I wasn't expecting to buy a car. It was the first lot that we visited that day. Hector was very energetic and helpful. We also met John. We first looked at a blazer. I was really ready to leave the lot, and continue shopping, but we walked in to the showroom and saw the equinox. That one sparked my interest. Both Hector and John were very willing and helpful to share whatever information they could and let me test drive that same car on the lot. The one thing that was really good was that Hector was quick. car buying can take soo extremely long, time-wise. Side note...he recognized my son because my son works at the grocery store where Hector shops. That was a pleasant surprise. Also Hector had a good sense of humor. All of the gentlemen made it a good experience. More

Overall it’s not a bad spot to go to for simple services but for big jobs you might need to look someplace else especially for diesel trucks. It took way too long for a tech to look at my truck. Seems they’re low staffed on diesel techs but I’m sure for every other vehicle they do well. I do appreciate Richard and Harmony for doing their best to help but I think a diesel specialist shop is the better way to go for my vehicle More
