The facility itself is straight out of the 1970's. It is old and dirty. I'm already not really happy about being there just because of the facility. Our other cars are Toyotas and BMW and both of those deals offer service far and above this Ford Dealer. It isn't even close. My repairs took a long time, the communication was just ok. When I went to pick up the car, the employees are not all that professional (especially compared to Toyota & BMW). The night drop box was nasty. The parking lot is a mess - it is way to crowed to even navigate. I'd like to like this dealer but there just isn't any redeeming qualities. More

When our car was ready, we received a call saying that the engine wouldn’t turn over, but Covert checked the battery and it was alright and the car started. This morning, loading up for a trip to Ft.
