We bought a truck, and less than a week later, the gas tank was having issues. We were told it’d take two days, however, it’s been a week and we still haven’t received the truck back. Additionally, our Sales rep has told us he’ll keep us updated, but he hasn’t contacted us- we’ve been the ones reaching out. Our previous car we bought off this lot had its battery die a few weeks after purchasing and it ‘wasn’t covered under warranty’. If you buy from here, take the car to your own mechanic before buying; we learned the hard way. More

This is the first time that I had a positive experience at covert. The receptionist that checked me out was extremely helpful. I scheduled an appointment and the service agent couldn’t give me an estimate at covert. The receptionist that checked me out was extremely helpful. Didn’t know that my appointment time was a suggestion vs the time they would actually be servicing my car. Not sure what the point of having an appointment was. Brought my computer to do work while I waited and your guest wifi didn’t work at all. I pay extra per month in my car payment for the Covert Service Plan. Was shocked and surprised that an air filter wasn’t included in that service. Waited 2 hours and 15 min for the car to be completed. I was under some impression that paying for the Service Plan was more of a VIP service than it actually is. The gentleman who helped me was great and explained things well. It was more the parameters around not having a true appointment time that was a bummer. I would have preferred to be in and out quickly, thinking making an appointment did that for me, which wasn’t the case. More
