Disappointed, Disgusted, Unappreciated and NO Professional Responsibility for what caused me to sit 3 hours plus waiting for an oil change when i had a 9:20 am scheduled appointment not 12:40pm. Professional Responsibility for what caused me to sit 3 hours plus waiting for an oil change when i had a 9:20 am scheduled appointment not 12:40pm. No explanation given. I watched my car not enter the service Bay until approx 3 hours and 20 mins for the oil change. At 2 hours I requested an update on completion. I am a 70 year old disabled female so sitting long periods is an issue. I sat and sat and sat patiently while never complaining. Courtesy Nissan did Comp my oil change however I did not for a FREEBIE, I came to a business to Pay for a professional service in a timely manner. No explanation given by the Service Writer as to what happened with my service delay or him even looking up to make eye contact. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Courtesy Nissan you should be ASHAMED. More
