I typically have good experiences with the service department there. However, it took nearly 4 hours on my last oil change.

He was always pleasant, well-mannered, and non-intrusive, while also engaging in meaningful conversations. The finance manager, Javier, received an 11/10 rating for his exceptional assistance in securing a suitable new vehicle that met my needs. He attentively listened to my payment preferences and the price of the vehicle. Notably, he refrained from attempting to persuade me to purchase extended warranties, coverages, or contracts. Instead, he provided comprehensive explanations of their purposes and allowed me to make an informed decision. Javier’s sociable nature further enhanced his ability to connect with customers. Overall, the team at Courtesy Nissan went above and beyond to acquire my business, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. My service at Courtesy Nissan is always exceptional . This was never more evident than yesterday when I retuned home from a road trip after running over a tire tread at high speed. A passing motorist alerted me to “something hanging” from my under carriage. I immediately went to Courtesy, arriving at 10:30 on a Monday. Of course they were busy!! Jose got me in and out within an hour and I made an important lunch meeting. The service was beyond my expectation and when he announced there would be no service charge, I was blown away. Courtesy Nissan and Jose THANK YOU for all you do for me and so many others. You set the standard for excellent customer service.
