My 20 year old son took a nice down payment into a COURTESY NISSAN and was going to buy a used car. He had a very good down payment, good credit rating and was talked into buying a new car. He looked at the Frontier's and could not agree on a monthly payment so he leaves. Gets a call that night from dealership (COURTESY NISSAN} and they wanted him to come back and willing to work it out (probably because he had a nice down payment) with him. He went in spoke to sales people and agreed on a white Frontier and was given a great rate and decent payment so after contract signed, plates assigned he left came home and was showing everyone his new truck. Two hours later the dealership (courtesy Nissan) calls and stated we did the financing on the wrong truck and wanted it back. He took the truck back and they explained their brain fart and wanted first 2000.00, then went down to 1000.00 then as low as 700.00 more down to keep the truck. I learned one thing here....They practice shady car deals and try to take advantage of people. It sure seems like this was the plan all along. They have a young guy wanting a used car and talked him in to a new car and took his exceptionally nice down payment ran him out the door so he could fall in love with it and then call him back to get more money out of him. Basically ripped out his heart and stomped on it but my son is smart and did not trust them anymore and got his money back and walked out. I am so proud of him....Last but not least I (father) was not present but when my son was leaving he was disrespected by a salesman and my wife was referred to read two books by finance manager (White Shadows & Cigar City Mafia) that are sexually explicit. So with that said it was quite a weekend. I love USA because this will be posted everywhere and told for a long time. Robert Browning More

This was an excellent buying experience. I took the car for a couple of hours. Although offered, I declined to keep it overnight. I called the next morning to ask if the price I had offered was acceptabl for a couple of hours. Although offered, I declined to keep it overnight. I was very impressed with Greg Sarantis and his friendliness and professionalism. He was concerned with my time and needs. I sincerely appreciate his making this a most enjoyable experience and I love my 2012 Hyundai. More
Evelyn the sales person we worked with was great but we have had nothing but problems with the finance department. Amy in customer service was very helpful but the person who did our original finance paper have had nothing but problems with the finance department. I learned about this dealership by using the car buying service with USAA.com. I called in to purchase a new Nissan Armada2012 or 2013 and trade in my 2006 Armada. I recieved a friendly email to call in, b service with USAA.com. I called in to purchase a new Nissan Armada2012 or 2013 and trade in my 2006 Armada. I recieved a friendly email to call in, but when I spoke with Toney Jones, it was a horrible experience. Once I told him I was upside down with my vehicle by 5 grand, and not willing to put much down, he immediately was unwilling to assist. He had a "tough luck" attitude. I could barley understand what he was saying over the phone while he overtalked me.I called twice regarding trading in my vehicle. At first he said I should not judge my experience with Ferman Nissan on him, but it proved worse. My fiancee also called in, and recieved the same poor customer service.Overall it was a horrible experience, and I didnt even bother to go in. Since I was potential trash to this dealership, Wesley Chapel Nissan treasured me and earned my business. They even thanked me for my military service to this country. I traded in my old Armada and now I am in a 2012 Platinum, and extremely satisfied with their willingness to assist regardless of my financial situation. I would definetly NOT recommend this dealership. I have a friend who wants to trade her 2011 Lexus, and I will definetly steer her down to Wesley Chapel Nissan. I wanted to make sure that this was entered to simply help your dealership in earning business. I hope this was just one bad case, and not reflect how your dealership operates. --CC More
