The most impressive part was that upon delivery, he personally took the time to go out the to the car and show me all the features, and followed up the next day to see if I had any questions about any of the features of the car and how to use them. (When I bought my daughter's car 3 months prior at a different location, they never did more but smile as they waved goodbye to us as we drove away....) My first complimentary service is already scheduled and he introduced me to my service adviser. He chose the person that best fit my personality.
