We are certainly sorry that we fell short of your expectations and as I stated I would do whatever I possibly could to make you happy. The State has Auto Dealers issue a 30 day temporary registration because in most cases the entire registration process through the State will take longer than the 18 days you had waited. The lender can take 25 - 30 days to know who you are, you will not show up in their system until an account number is issued and this happens last, this processing time is why the 1st payment is not due for 30 - 45 days after signing; this allows time for mail, lender verifications and account issuance. Please enjoy your new car and we wish you many years of trouble free driving. Thanks RT
