Brought our 2007 Murano in for service. Jose told us we needed over $5500.00 worth of work to it. Since putting over $5300 into it less than a year ago we just couldn't do it. Jose put us in touch with Terry Phillips and in a matter of 3 hours, while we were stranded at home, Terry found us the perfect car at the perfect price we were looking for. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. You want a shady company that will tell you to commit fraud and put a broken windshield underneath your own insurance in 45 days after you just bought a want a shady company that will tell you to commit fraud and put a broken windshield underneath your own insurance in 45 days after you just bought a car same day then maybe this is the company for you. Or after you are driving home you hear rattling and issues underneath when accelerating get to another dealership check the oil it’s completely over filled and already told they don’t test drive their vehicles?!? Great inspection process. Even better the salesman who don’t walk out to say bye after you purchased your car because they basically washed their hands with you the minute you have an issue. Please if your looking for a used car do not use this dealership if it’s a Nissan ask for a dealer trade and get a better deal at another dealership because these people do not care about you!!! More
Purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue 6/5/20. The crash sensor warning light came on 8/3/20. We took the car in on 8/6/20 and Jose Bonilla the Service Advisor told us we could pick it up on 8/7/2020 by 10am which warning light came on 8/3/20. We took the car in on 8/6/20 and Jose Bonilla the Service Advisor told us we could pick it up on 8/7/2020 by 10am which was that Friday. Called that friday morning to be told the car was not ready because they needed to order a part. We were told the part was ordered and would be in 9/4/2020. No phone call or contact until i called on 9/9/2020 to Jose Bonilla and asked when was the part coming in he responded with i called and checked with several vendors and they only had one replacement part in the state of florida and that could not let him get it. You and i both know that was (BS). Jose Bonilla was very unprofessional the way he was speaking to us was rude and condescending and he should not be in any position that customers are involved or animals for that matter. My vehicle is new and not used and under warranty. Nissan is going to repair my vehicle no matter how high i have to escalate this matter. Your service department needs to take a class on being courteous. I will never do business with courtesy Nissan again or recommend this dealership to anyone.
