Every was fine until Jose gave me my car key .And the complete Servicess receipt.I noticed tha key didn't lock and i asked him what was Me: i don't want the car key like that i came t the dealer twice for the recall and they explained the best way to put it in when starting the car to prevent it from turning off.He responded that i can't fix it as it was. Me:Call the president He:Sit-down Me:where is he? He:He come monday In this moment. I said .Fix my key right now I wanna go.But never jose ask me abou they go to do something Me:you did it without my consent. I see that as a lack of respect.mockery.no professional ethics and many others things Thanks for listening to me
