It seems to me that when you go to a store to buy a vehicle, you know that the process of acquiring it takes time, and even more so when you're going to buy it on finance. But waiting 8 hours seems lik vehicle, you know that the process of acquiring it takes time, and even more so when you're going to buy it on finance. But waiting 8 hours seems like an exaggeration to me, and it's not like they were going to give it to me for free or at half price. Rather, they deceived me, offering me a longer time to start making payments. Then they contacted me, believing they wanted to rectify their previous mistake. Well, no. It turns out that what they had offered me at the time of purchase, according to them, the bank wasn't approving. How do they give you a vehicle without the bank approving the financing? The purchase of my last vehicle has truly been very frustrating. I would give the salesperson 5 stars. Eddy, who sold me the vehicle, was very patient in showing me the vehicles and helped me decide on which vehicle to buy. The frustrating part was and is with the financiers. I'm completely disappointed because this isn't the first time I've purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Tampa, and I'm outraged by the poor treatment I've received. I hope these reviews improve and find a way to speed up the financing process. They don't use deception as a sales pitch, but rather, they show honesty and transparency, just as I've known them before. More
I could describe the purchase of my fourth vehicle from Nissan as disappointing. First, the wait time to actually purchase the vehicle—eight frustrating hours—and then, realizing that everything they told Nissan as disappointing. Every dealership should conduct themselves professionally and as their name says with courtesy. They follow these guidelines as expected but when there was an issue, they were prompt to be sure your issues and as their name says with courtesy.
