I was interested in a White Dodge Charger 2015 base model. The true car value price which they didn't honor was $24,800 from their dealership. I don't know what my APR was cause they don't tell you that but they wanted to charge me $36,280 with everything said and done. Yes I was trading in a car which they valued without looking at a 2013 Honda Accord with 9,600 miles they offered $16,500 I think. I owe $21k on the car. I wasn't going to play their game my offer total was $31,240 which even with int. is more then fair. Now be careful they use every trick in the book. One was questioning if I enjoy life since I wouldn't budge on my budget. Honestly so if I don't have your car life would suck? Also with their final offer they come back saying we got a deal for $2 more dollars a day. Over the life of the loan that $2 per day $5,040. Now with the number that I wanted to pay they said they would lose $2,000. So since your going to "lose" $2,000 you want to charge me $3,040 more? Fact is they play the how much can you afford game. Not once did we go over price of car or trade in value. So if you go to this crooked dealership DO YOUR HOME WORK. They will try to do what ever it takes to get you to pay more. They will not tell you your APR, amount of car amount of trade in. Heck they didn't even give me my credit score "they told me what it was". My offer was maybe a little off but it wasn't $5,000 off. Since they could not take advantage of me emotionally to buy the car they did not want to deal with me. There initial offer was $39680 and there final was only 3k off on a car that was $24,800. Fantastic experience I went in this past weekend to just look for a new car. I met Ralph as I got out of my car. I have never had such a good experience at a dealership until I went to courtesy. Ralph was great. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. He went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered and then I walked out of the dealership with the car that I wanted. He is by far The best salesman that I have ever dealt with. Anybody that's looking to buy a jeep I will recommend to go to courtesy and to ask for Ralph. I ended up walking out with a brand-new 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier. He even met me there the next day after I bought the car on his day off to make sure that I had no further questions or needed any more help when I was dropping off paperwork. His customer service blew me away. More

I was so relieved that your service department was 1) within a couple of miles of his emergency and 2) open on a Saturday at 5pm. That alone was a pleasant surprise. When we arrived, however, your service department rep (I believe her name was Deanna) was so helpful in not only getting us in for service before you closed, but also reassuring my 20-yr old son who was experiencing his first car problems like this. Your service team got us in, repaired the sensor and got us back on the road in time to make our ferry farther south. Great job and very much appreciated. More

I do need to return to the dealership as I believe there may be a duplicate item on my bill that I did not catch at the time I picked up my vehicle. Highly disappointed, bad price negotiation - BEWARE My Husband and I went in to the dealership to meet with Robert Caitlin after I inquired on the vehicle via the internet. (2015 Dodge Challenger RT Plu My Husband and I went in to the dealership to meet with Robert Caitlin after I inquired on the vehicle via the internet. (2015 Dodge Challenger RT Plus Blue Pearl. I had been waiting since November for the color I wanted to become available. This car with the options I wanted needed to be ordered as the color became available only 1 week ago. Robert was very nice, he walked us through all the options on the computer and then showed us several cars with the options so we could see them before ordering. When we got to the price (I asked for cash price) they offered me MSRP as the starting price plus tax and fees. I found that insulting! I asked Robert to go back to the Manager and get their best price as I do not pay MSRP. (No one I know pays MSRP) Robert then said this was the negotiation and that my husband and I were counter with a price and that they would counter or accept it. So we countered, Robert took the offer to his Manager and immediately returned and said the Manager said NO THANK YOU! I'm insulted they didn't negotiate? Robert then said that their cost was $1000 less than MSRP. Another insult to my intelligence. No dealer makes $1000 or less on a deal. Also if that was true why would they ask me to counter offer then? There isn't any room to negotiate. Please beware of this dealers negotiating tactics to get you to pay to much for a vehicle from them. There are so many dealers out there to choose from that will be honest and fair with you. More
