My vehicle has been there 4 of the last 12 months, they had it for 3 months, got it back for 5 weeks and now its been there since Dec 20th 2024. 16 days since last update, they never answer the phone, don' had it for 3 months, got it back for 5 weeks and now its been there since Dec 20th 2024. 16 days since last update, they never answer the phone, don't call you back or if your lucky maybe an email. Paid an extra $100 to have it towed back there. Do not waste your time or money, go somewhere else or get a lawyer. More

And the last thing is for whatever reason... They cannot keep the same staff whenever you check your vehicle in. I went through 3 different points of contract in just 1 visit that turned into a 4 day stay on a recall. More
