Original wrote a great 5 star review, until my 2 day old vehicle had issues. The salesmen left me out to dry completely and had been of 0 help. The entire experience at this dealership was above and beyond expectations. By far the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. My car has been in their service department three times since the end of April, and the experience has been consistently terrible. Most recently, they kept my vehicle for over a month with no clear updates, broken promises, and no urgency to actually resolve the issue. I was lied to about the repairs, ignored, and despite all that time, my car still has something wrong with it. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only care about pushing you to buy something new or spend more money. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity. More

There is such a breakdown in communication. My Jeep was there for two weeks and no one communicated to me. Come to find out the first person we were assigned to was let go of their job. I was finally told 10 days later after multiple phone calls. The Jeep was finally seen two weeks after we dropped it off. A few days after that, we got the notification that it was ready. We picked up the Jeep. On the way home the same emergency message came on. Chrysler picked up the Jeep from us on Monday, June 9. Upon calling, I learned that it still hasn’t been worked on. I was promised it would take priority on Monday. I have been super inconvenience. Missed multiple doctors appointments. There has been no alternative transportation offered to me for the inconvenience. I’m going to call again today, June 12. I called on June 11 and was told they would get back to me on an update for the vehicle. No one called back. I am completely dissatisfied. More
