We went to Courtesy Motor Sales Dodge in Altoona looking for an SUV that met a difficult set of requirements. We needed room, towing, roof racks and the ability to mount a support on the front to hold a han for an SUV that met a difficult set of requirements. We needed room, towing, roof racks and the ability to mount a support on the front to hold a hang glider or two. Every car we had looked at, including our own, has been impossible to put a front support on. They were so very patient with us and the sales woman, Lisa Thompson spent a significant amount of time trying to match us with the right vehicle. Mike Barnett, the manager, looked over our SUV and added suggestions on both how we could modify vehicles and vehicle models that had the potential for our needs. Then we went to the parts department and Alan Fridhof helped us there. Boy, no better service than all of this! We came away with a working solution and, when it comes time to trade up, we know exactly where we are going: Courtesy Dodge! More
