Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased a 2004 Golf GTI VR6 from Mike Mallery. I questioned him on the tires and he promised they would pass inspection. After purchasing the car it took the dealership over 30 days to mail me the t questioned him on the tires and he promised they would pass inspection. After purchasing the car it took the dealership over 30 days to mail me the title to the car. Because of this delay I was forced to pay for another 30 day tag out of my own pocket. Then the car that was supposed to pass inspection did not do so. To pass inspection I had to pay for new tires, strut bar mounts, and to have the exhaust re-welded. I called about the tires not passing inspection and was informed they would get me a discount on tires and would call me back with the information. I have yet to receive that call. I have been very disappointed with the service I have received and would not recomend Courtesy Motors to my friends and family. More
