Larry Cook is the nicest services rep. I have met. He has a great sense of humor. Once he found a dead rat in one of my hub caps and told me it didn't survice the ride. I emailed Courtesy Chevrolet about a Tahoe I liked. Dee Dee called me and asked if I wanted to come in and see the car. I have gone back a couple times in the last week for them to take care of little things on the car and they have done so with no quarrels. The excellent customer service began with a simple phone call after I searched the internet looking at used cars. When I called Courtesy Chevrolet Dee Dee was very welcoming and unpretentious. I went to the dealership with a print out of the used cars I wanted to see.Dee Dee was busy with another customer and handed me off to Ernie Henderson and I found another person who was not just a salesman looking for a quick sale. He was able to see what I wanted to spend and I did wind up with the New Chevy Cruze within my budget and I am much happier than I would have been. I was very suprised to see the cars I had printed were actually there and not "already sold". Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
