I got a notice in the mail saying they would buy back my Chevy Cobalt and win a fabulous prize and maybe get me into a newer car and lower my monthly payment. I went to check it out. Right after I parked, I took no more than two steps when Harold Knotts asked if there was anything he could help me with. I showed him the letter and he said he could help me. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He introduced me to Matt, the figures guy, who tried very hard to work with me and get me into a newer car but because of my credit and financial circumstances that was hard to do especially since I wasn't really ready to upgrade just yet. However, when I am ready to upgrade I will definitely be going back to them. The deal they gave me was actually very good and I was disappointed that I couldn't take it right then. Also, when I had to turn down the final offer, they were genuinely understanding. On the way out, Justin said to me if I change my mind on the Malibu he could definitely get me a good deal on it. I appreciated knowing I could still change my mind. Everyone was very helpful and nice that is why I would recommend them to everyone and will be returning for service on the Chevy I have now and when I'm ready to upgrade. More
I have always gone to Courtesy Chevrolet for some sort of service for my Tahoe and now for My Saturn Vue. Andy, has always been a professional and courteous person. We had originally went to Courtesy to look at a Chevy Malibu. After driving the Malibu I felt it didn't have enough power, so Jesse kindly suggested an Impala. Drove the Impala and decided that was the Malibu. After driving the Malibu I felt it didn't have enough power, so Jesse kindly suggested an Impala. Drove the Impala and decided that was the car for us. While we were waiting the sales staff was very friendly. Rob gave my son a balloon and some candy (of course he asked if it was OK first) to help keep him calm, which later did have some side effects. Jesse even bought us lunch while we were waiting (something that I have never seen done at a dealership before). Both of these gentlemen were great. The entire time we were there we never felt pressured or rushed. When it came time to the negotiating (i had done my research first) everything was straight forward, the price they came up with is what it should have been. There was none of that arguing and running back and forth (that some dealers love to do) to try to get the price down to where it should have been in the first place. Overall a painless experience. Today if I have any questions regarding the sale, my wife and I don't hesitate to call, because we know that we will always reach friendly staff that will point us in the right direction.
