My experience with my Sales Rep Solon was incredible. However, there was someone there assisting with the numbers part of it, I believe he said his name was David. To me when you are pre-approved and do not need their financing they seem to have a negative connotation. However, dealing w/Solon was the best experience in this ordeal. Courtesy Chevrolet has the #1 customer service for your GM vehicles. Walked in late evening to purchase Silverado and they did not have I wanted in stock. We all now live with the self service businesses (Home Depot Wal-Mart etc.) but with Courtesy's customer service you feel like they really want to help you out without the cold shoulder. Don't mind the re-modeling at the dealership they will make it right for you.
