After having stumbled upon Courtesy Chevrolet during COVID 3 years ago and leasing a great truck from a great sales team and having an amazing experience with their service team over the years, it was a COVID 3 years ago and leasing a great truck from a great sales team and having an amazing experience with their service team over the years, it was a no brainer for me to go back and see if I could get another truck as my current lease end was coming up. I stopped by just to see what they had on the lot as I still had some time left on my lease to consider my options. I also have some equity in my truck too so definitely went there just to explore what was available and if it was worth getting a new truck instead of buying mine out. I was welcomed by Amir Siry (who knew the previous salesman, David, who helped me years ago and is no longer with the company) and committed to ensuring I received the same quality experience. I had my wife and two young kids with me, which added some challenges, but Amir was able to show me a few comparable trucks and admitted it would be hard to find a truck with all the bells and whistles mine has for as good of a deal as I'd gotten. He was able to bring a Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 from their storage lot that had almost all the features I was used to in my own truck. I was still on the fence but I thought this would be a great new truck if I could get the right deal. Important to note that he was also very understanding of my position (that I was considering buying out my current truck) if I wasn't going to get a deal that made sense on a new truck. I say this because he wasn't pushy or overly selling me, he respected my position but wanted to help me get in a new truck and wanted a shot at presenting me with a deal that would make it make sense. He worked on some numbers and we were close but not quite there (due to my option to buy out the old truck). It was starting to look like buying my truck was going to be my best option, but Amir wanted to run it by his manager Joe Raymond. Joe knew I was a return customer and appreciated that I wanted to come back to do business with Courtesy Chevrolet. He asked me to go over my situation with him and to let him know what it would take for me to not just buy the new truck, but to be happy with the transaction. We talked it over and he said he wanted a chance to make it happen, but the focus was on making sure I stayed a happy and loyal customer to Courtesy Chevrolet, not just to sell me a truck. To make a long story short, they were able to buy my old truck and get me in a brand new truck with virtually zero change to my lease payment. So now I’ll make the same payment next month but I got a brand new truck! I can’t say enough good things about Amir and Joe’s standard of care and the quality of their service in my purchase experience. I’m pleased to say that not only was it the right decision to go back for another truck from Courtesy Chevrolet, but Amir and Joe not only met my high expectations (based on my last experience with my first truck), but they raised the bar on what a truly great experience is when buying a vehicle. My loyalty has only grown from this experience and I will continue to bring my business back to Courtesy Chevrolet! More
