I’m treated by my Brian, have options and dialog with Brian, and even finalized the bill/payment with Brian. It’s clear that Courtesy has bypassed the now ubiquitous, annoying and dare I say insulting practice of creating a Disney Like Logo/Accessories/Brand Emporium that serves as the thirst trap background many dealerships have you experience prior to paying your bill. The focus at Courtesy Acura was on the expertise of the technicians and their suggestions, the benefits of Original Equipment replacement parts and easy to access service staff.. That…plus, when you call the main number a pleasant and helpful “Human” answers the phone. No on hold sales pitches, or meaningless drivel about something that likely doesn’t interest me and assuredly—-is not a component in the situation I am trying to work through or solve. More
