The lady that helped me at service didn’t seem to care about my needs, just call service department and ask th the question, quite passing the buck. On February 28, 2025, I took my 2021 Ford Explorer to CSF Quick Lane for an oil change. After receiving my vehicle back, I parked it in my garage. The following morning, I pulled the vehicle out and discover Quick Lane for an oil change. After receiving my vehicle back, I parked it in my garage. The following morning, I pulled the vehicle out and discovered an oil spill on the garage floor—clear evidence that the oil filter had not been properly installed. This is the third time CSF Quick Lane has failed to perform a basic oil change correctly on this same vehicle. Due to this negligence, I was forced to take my vehicle to a professional maintenance shop to have the issue corrected properly. Additionally, my epoxy-coated garage floor is now stained as a direct result of CSF Quick Lane’s repeated failure to ensure quality service. I requested reimbursement for the $77.71 oil change, as it is evident that CSF Quick Lane does not perform adequate quality checks on their work. Instead, I was offered only $50 in Ford Pass rewards by the manager, Jeff Swank—a wholly inadequate response considering the repeated mistakes and resulting damages. This level of carelessness and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. After multiple disappointing experiences, I will not be returning to CSF Quick Lane, nor would I recommend their services to anyone expecting reliable vehicle maintenance. More
