Art Meyer is a fantastic service advisor. Very disappointed in Ford in the last 13 years though for the poor design on my 2019 Ecoboost 1.0L engine. I'm on my 3rd one at 104,000 miles. Lost # Very disappointed in Ford in the last 13 years though for the poor design on my 2019 Ecoboost 1.0L engine. I'm on my 3rd one at 104,000 miles. Lost #1 at 60.5k miles and the 2nd one at 104K. Now on my 3rd one which is a interim fix as they don't know how to fix the recall yet. We have also had major and expensive issues in the past with a 2012 Focus transmission due to poor design. Quality has went down. I grew up in a Ford family and never had issues like the last 12 years. I have had 0 major issues with Tbirds, F150, and our old Expedition. Just brakes and batteries. I had our old 2003 Expedition for 19 years. I'd love to get rid of this Ecosport and get a new Hybrid Maverick but have really lost my trust of Quality with Ford. But it seems like it may be the same with all newer car manufactures. More
