Technician's pen exploded in his pocket and got ink all over tan leather seat. They cleaned seat but were unable to completely remove ink from seat. Having had an appointment scheduled for oil change and tire rotation, it took an hour before the process was stared. it took 2 hrs of waiting. Normally doesn't take that long.
