Service Dept. always friendly. When you’re bringing in your car, to be met with smiles means a lot! I live in Lansing, IL and have brought my Explorer back to Bo always friendly. When you’re bringing in your car, to be met with smiles means a lot! I live in Lansing, IL and have brought my Explorer back to Bourbonnais to visit Quick Lane for every oil change and service. Being retired makes it easy for me to make the trek down I-57 back to where I purchased my Explorer. I wouldn’t drive 44 miles to Court St. Ford, if I wasn’t completely satisfied.
